Conference rooms

This great location will enable us to have excellent wireless Internet access and a reliable network. Moreover, we will be walking distance from Lake Hills Elementary school, where some visits of the new all Open Source building will be held. Mullen Elementary School is also walking distance from the beautiful, sandy shores of Lake Michigan and less them 5 minutes from great shopping, dinning and entertainment.

Conference rooms

Mullen Elementary School was built in the early 70's. It was built as an "Open Concept" building that today gives us great flexibility as a conference center. Each room has wireless capabilities and pull down projection screens. A few rooms have been equiped with 63 inch plasma screens and interactive slates.

The main conference room (old library) is centrally located in the building and has capacity for nearly 350 individuals. There are 12 break out rooms that have the capacity of 35 individuals. There are 2 rooms that are equiped as hands on computer rooms. One room has 15 computers each in an office setting, and one room has 25 computers set up as a computer lab.

WiFi Network

All attendees of the conference will be granted access to Michigan City Area Schools Public WiFi. Connection details and technical support will be available. In addition, web machines will be available for any attendee that does not have a laptop that would like to access the Internet.
