My Conference Registration

To Register:  Registering for the conference is a quick and easy process. This page will guide you through the simple process.

  Sign-up here on our site for a username and logon.

  Once you are signed up, be sure you are logged in.  You have to be logged in to register for the conference.

 Register for the 2008 K12 Open Minds Conference and give us your payment information (credit cards, checks, and purchase orders accepted).

Conference Details...

 Registration Fee:  $239 per person
The registration fee is due upon signing up for the conference.  Purchase orders from qualified educational organizations will be accepted.  Payments by check should be sent immediately upon registering for the conference.

Group Rate (Teams of 3+):  $199 per person
A discounted rate of $199 is available to participant registering as part of a team of 3 or more. The discounted rate is not currently available through credit cards on the website. If you plan to bring a team from your location (and we hope you do!), you can process your payment through either a purchase order(s) or a check.  Each member of the team must register separately, but you will be given a chance to indicate that you are part of a group.

Hotel Reservations:  You are responsible for your own hotel accomodations.  A substantial group discount is available from the conference hotel (Indianapolis Downtown Marriott).  Please see the details on our HOTEL PAGE.

Checks and Purchase Orders:  Checks and purchase orders should be made payable to the National Center for Open Source and Education (NCOSE):

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you are not able to attend the conference, you can receive a full refund for your registration fee until August 25, 2008. You are responsible for canceling any hotel reservations that you have made.
