K12 Open Minds is an annual conference about Open Source in K12 education.

Sessions and Topics

Current plans are to have three or four tracks with extra rooms on the side for community gatherings (BoFs).

We already set three themes (Teaching and Learning, Leadership and Policy, and Technology and Infrastructure), but we want as much conversations as possible going through the conference.

That’s why we divided the schedule mainly into Presentations (mainly in the morning), and Conversations (in the afternoon). Conversations are loosely organized and will mainly be triggered by people posting sessions (as conversations) on this site.

Schedule will arise as time goes by, to be finalized somewhere like two weeks before the event.
